        no, not *all* pci network cards come pxe enabled, but many do. a
quick googling "nic, pci, pxe" comes up with dlink, 3com, and many more.
        pci riser - i'm sure that cables exist somewhere. casetronic boxes
come with the connector cards, if your box doesn't have one, check if you
can plug in a mini-pci card. if you can fit it in (maybe after cutting off
the bracket), run the network cable into the box. you may need to drill a
hole, but you should be able to fit in a network card.
        running hot - get a replacement fan for the psu, something with
decent ball bearings. look for at least triple cfm count than the original
fan. this will keep the box cool. casetronic comes with an external brick
pushing 12V to the internal power board. i think ilan electronics makes
both the brick and the board. it might be an option to consider. julius
