With much help from this group and the resolving of a few dumb mistakes on my part I've got this server and six clients running nicely. On to the next task : I'd like to be able to track user activity on the system, just to generate aggregate statistics like average session length, time spent web browsing/emailing, etc.
I thought I'd start by keeping track of mouse activity in X, but since everything is done through VNC I don't know where to start. Has anybody worked with user tracking software in linux?
