Brian,

You were banned from irc because your client was continually 
disconnecting and reconnecting.  ALmost to the point where
traffice from your client was dominating many conversations.

This was about a month ago.  Perhaps there was a networking
issue that has been fixed.

I can have the ban removed, but if your client program continues
to disconnect/reconnect, I'll have to have the ban put back in place.

SOrry for the inconvenience, but I don't know of any other
way to keep it from happening on our end.
