It seems that you have a requirement that not all Etherboot users have
at the moment.  More importantly you have an issue with a card that very
few Etherboot developers have even seen.

Your best bet is to donate a card to a willing Etherboot developer.  The
Etherboot Wiki includes lots of options for supporting Etherboot
development (http://wiki.etherboot.org/).

With the current price of Gigabit cards and my current needs it will be
a while before I buy one.  There are too many other interesting (long
requested) features that I can add to Etherboot for me to rush out and
buy one.
