yes

in fact it depends only of the integrated NIC card... and of the
etherboot code. PXE Problems (if any) have nothing to do with ltsp

i think on Dell GX270 there is a eepro1000 card...
so you have to get the PXE driver for eepro1000 card on www.rom-o-matic.org
which is e1000-82540em 

as said on www.rom-o-matic.org you must use etherboot code 5.2.2
with ltsp_kernel-3.0.10 tagged with mknbi > 1.2.10
