This happens at our system when a users has logged out and then logs in again after a while (or some other user) and machine being kept on. I have instructed the users to always do a "Alt+E" ( reset / close connection ) before logging in on a machine that is already on. Takes a couple of seconds for the login screen to re-appear but the irritating random mouse moment disappears. I have not investigated further yet why this is happening. BTW if all nodes are similar why write the stuff again and again?
