Hi All, I recently decided to attempt to setup LTSP for a project we are working on.
I installed a R.H 9.0 server, and followed all the documentation on setting everything up. My first problem was that we run an NT domain here, and needed to keep our DHCP server running on our NT server. In the end I installed DHCP on the new linux server, and configured it to only respond to the linux clients that it was configured for. I then created the bootdisks from www.rom-o-matic.com When I attempt to boot my client, everything seems to start working ok...it gets assigned an IP address, sets the Server's IP addresss and the Gateway IP. It then starts downloading the vmlinuz file....and it stays at this for about 5 minutes...then errors out with the following message: UDP CheckSum error Has anyone seen this before? If so, how can I get this to work. Thanks, Mike ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by: ApacheCon 2003, 16-19 November in Las Vegas.
