It shows "tlan.c v1.3" when Etherboot starts. Later I see different rev info:
"Using ThunderLAN driver v1.15". Are these the revs you're talking about?

I just checked two boxes: Compaq1(fast) and Compaq3(slow)

Compaq1 shows "Starting internal PHY with FULL-DUPLEX" in the beginning
and in the end of the boot

Compaq3 shows "Starting internal PHY with HALF-DUPLEX" in the beginning
and in the end of the boot

Is this what you wanted to know?
