Hi Bruno, Last Week I configured a Linux machine for a CyberCafe using qvwm (qvwm.org), OpenOffice 1.1 spanish version (with dictionaries) and epiphany browser. Until the moment I have no complains of the owner. I think that you can make Windows users be confortable with Linux environments if you give a "closer enougth" interface to what the know. Education is also important.
