Did you first de-install LTSP packages?
I did it like this:
First I de-install every LTSP package,
then I edited /etc/redhat-release file ( (Yarrow) -> 9 )
and then I have installed every LTSP package one more time.
ltsp_core must be the first package to install. If the
installation of ltsp_core was unsuccessful then I think
the rest of installation is corrupted, because some important
dirs were not created during ltsp_core installation.

I used RPMs.

Regards,
Evgeny.
