Pradeep, Yes, it is hard to get a big app like Mozilla to run as a local app.
LTSP-3 is build around some fairly old libs, and there are some libs missing that Mozilla needs. You can't just copy newer libs into the ltsp tree because that will break some other parts of ltsp that were linked against those older libs. Luckily, this problem will be much easier to deal with in LTSP-4, where we've got a full build environment (LBE).
