This is turning into a nightmare - I now have XFree 4.3.99.902 running instead of 901 and the problem persists. The problem on the 900MHz has been narrowed down to when the user moves mails around in Mozilla by dragging them. This changes the cursor to a document-like-shape and when this shape is moved it draws a trail after it.. when this is done the machine spontaneously reboots! The other older clients seem to work with XFree 3.3.6 but this has the added effect that opening menus takes ages.. I am currently contemplating running LTSP3 for all the current clients and only LTSP4 for the new Via EPIA based clients (needs the Via CLE266 driver available in XFree86 4.3.99.901+902). Am I really the only one experiencing problems with LTSP4? -- Anders -----BEGIN GEEK CODE BLOCK----- Version: 3.12 GCS/O d--@ s:+ a-- C++ UL+++$ P++ L+++ E- W+ N(+) o K? w O-- M- V PS+ PE@ Y+ PGP+ t 5 X R+ tv+ b++ DI+++ D+ G e- h !r y? ------END GEEK CODE BLOCK------ PGPKey: http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x8BFECB41 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Perforce Software.
