LTSP is built around Linux. X Windows is the windowing system used by Linux. X servers are available for MS Windows. So, you could load X on to your MS Windows computer, and then log into your X session to run Linux applications and send the output via X.Is there any way to log onto a Linux Terminal Server from a Windows machine? What I need to do is have my Windows Clients logon anonymously to a Linux Terminal Server and run applications.
Below are some X servers that run on MS Windows. I don't use MS Windows, so, I cannot comment on which program works better.
