Hi,

I'm trying to add an application server to our network to take over the
running of the heavy applications i.e. Mozilla and Openoffice.

Can someone tell me if I am going in the right direction.

Application Server 192.168.0.253 K12LTSP (I Want to run applications
here )
Main Server 192.168.0.244 K12LTSP (Used for everthing at the moment)

Do I need to use NIS to syncronise users ?

And the script/command would be something like:

rsh 192.168.0.253 /usr/bin/chosen_application -display ${DISPLAY}

Does this sound right ?
