Hi, i'm going to implement a ltsp env for a small bussiness with about
12 pc.

I wonder which way can i take? 4.0 or 3.0?

their needs are basic: word processing / spreadsheet / email / web (just
basic browsing) / im / accounting program on DOSemu.

Their pc hardware is good enough almost everything athlon 1200 with
128MB ram (i expect some problems with nic - davicom/sis900) a proliant
ml330 server(p31g+692M+36G scsi+20/40 tb).

I'll use XFCE4, openoffice, sylpheed-claws, mozilla firebird (not
completely decided yet), amsn, dosemu, (some basic utils -
acroread, maybe gimp, calc) and maybe some groupware web software as an
add-on.

This is going to be a complete linux migration and i'm also wondering
about "success" cases with good feedback so i can read about other's
experince. (i've already read about university library, and some
others cases at ltsp and others site) If anyone knows some place or
forum i' appreciate that a lot.

As soon as the project is finished, i'll be glad to share the results
and process.

Thanks a lot for a GREAT project and for your help.

Regards,

Andres
