Mike,

The package that you found is the BINARY package, not the source 
package, so it's no wonder that the md5sums don't match.

In the package.def file, it lists 3 locates to download the source from.
The first location is the official xinetd site.  Unfortunately, it looks 
like they've put up a new version, and removed the old version.  So,
that location doesn't work.

So, it next tries the 2nd location which is the Sourceforge website.
This fails, because I never copied the tarball up to that location.

The 3rd  site also fails for the same reason as the 2nd.

So,  I've uploaded the xinetd tarball to the 2nd and 3rd location, and 
it should work fine now.

I'll updatet the package.def file in the next release to NOT go to the 
official site, because it looks like they don't keep old versions 
around.

So, change your package.def file back to the way it was, and you should 
be fine.
