Rod,

Sounds like you haven't actually installed the ltsp_kernel package.  
Maybe you just copied the kernel to /tftpboot/lts, or it was there from 
a previous install of ltsp-3.

Anyway, go ahead and grab the official ltsp_kernel package and install 
it  and you should have the kernel modules.

BUT, you'll still likely have a sound problem, because we dont' have the 
server-side sound package yet for ltsp-4.
