For the S3 cards, you need to use an XFree86 3.3.6 Xserver. These are
included with LTSP-4, but there's a problem with the build_x3_cfg script.
Take a look at http://www.ltsp.org/ltsp-4-errata.html for details about how to fix the problem with build_x3_cfg.
S3 cards use XF86_S3, and the Virge cards use XF86_S3V.
