The thin clients on their homepage are VIA EPIA 500 or 5000 model
motherboards in a case.

If you have the PC100/PC133 RAM laying around, you can get these boards
for $100 and a case for as little as $47. You don't need anything else
since they support PXE boot natively.

If you want a better looking case then you can plan on spending more money
or getting the School of Art geeked up about making cases for these
devices. The requirements for such a contest would be pretty trivial
considering all you need is a square hole in the back and passive
ventilation (holes?). These boards do not require fans.

That said, I have two of these boards and have not been able to test them
as LTSP clients (one is my mail / web server). Their graphics
capabilities are less than stellar, but very likely an acceptable
performance for LTSP. 1024 x 768 x 24-bit color is reasonable but at
1280x1024 the images were blurry. Don't know if that's the computer or
the monitor.

I have to admit that the Jammin make much smaller and better looking
terminals than any of these options, but it depends on what you need.
