I usually have better luck telling LTSP the refresh rates, and have it
figure out the best resolution, than telling it the resolution directly.
X_HORZSYNC = 31-55
X_VERTREFRESH = 55-85
I start with conservative values, and raise the upper end until it blanks,
and then drop it a little. I get my resolution usually.
