Jean, Follow the instructions on http://www.ltsp.org/ltsp-4.html
And make sure you either remove the ltsp-3 installation, or install ltsp-4 to a different directory. It's perfectly fine to have ltsp-3 in /opt/ltsp/i386 and put ltsp-4 in /opt/ltsp-4/i386 Just make sure you update your root-path in dhcpd.conf to point to the correct path.
