You have to look up www.linuxprinting.org for the driver on these printers. The problem is basically that once every time the printer is powered on it has to be sent a hardware initialising instruction. I use these printers in my network and apart from this there is problem. I can only use these on the server as I have not been able to figure out how to send the initialisation command to printer when connected to client. If you find a solution let me know.
