Varun, install ltsp4 by running the install script from ltsp.org. When it asks you where you want to install ltsp 4, tell it "/opt/ltsp4" instead of the default "/opt/ltsp". Once you've installed it, change the "option root-path" in /etc/dhcpd.conf for ONE WORKSTATION ONLY, reboot that workstation, and make sure everything works.
