First of all, congratulations for LTSP-4, you have done a great job.
I have some questions in result of my (little and recent) use of LTSP, which I'd like to get answered, if you have the time.
1) If I want to compile my own application to include it in the /opt/ltsp/i386 dir (so it gets exported and users may use it in the "shell" screen, I should use LBE's cross compilers to link it, right?
2) Is there any particular reason why LBE's ./build_all script should be run as root?
3) Is it possible to set server's syslogd to log each workstation's individual logs in separate files?
4) Plain mouse movement (no clicks, no mouseover reactions, just moving the mouse) will still generate network traffic. Is there any way to inhibit mouse movement updates? What I'm looking for is the "don't send motion events" from rdesktop/RDP. Can X do this? What about VNC?
Thanks, -- Nuno Tavares http://nthq.cjb.net/
