Have all your terminals automatically login using different accounts. Make a "guest" group and add all your "guest[1234]" accounts to that group. chmod your Documents folder to give access rights to the "guest" group as well as making the default group for created files on that directory be the "guest" group. This way, whenever files are placed into the Documents directory, all guest users will have full priviledges to those files since they will be written with "guest" group permissions.
