First I am not sure of the printer make / model. Check at www.linuxprinting.org if this printer is supported. Some of the printers are WinPrinters just like WinMOdems that need either extra tweak to get working....like HP1000 / HP1005 ... or some just do not work. That said can you send in the relevant section of lts.conf file and /etc/cups/printers.conf ? Did you set printer as JetDirect printer? -- Sudev Barar Learning Linux
