Mariusz, I'm a little confused by your question. Why would you want to run rdesktop on a LTSP client to run Mozilla?
What I do for my LTSP clients is to use a .xsession file for the users I want to run Mozzilla after boot and I launch Mozilla from a script that re-starts it if the person closes Mozilla. .xsession script is available at: http://www.elbnet.com/libsys/libsys/home/ws13/.xsession Mozilla Start script is available at: http://www.elbnet.com/libsys/libsys/usr/local/bin/catalog_mozilla-start As you can see, I use the ice window manager (Gnome is really overkill for just running one app.) and I tweak the ice config to strip everything (menus, etc.) from the user's session.
