Hola folks,

I've been using LTSP on and off for about a year now. Recently we began looking into whether we could successfully use LTSP to convert our legacy desktop systems into Windows Terminal Server-based thin clients. I've run into a few roadblocks and I'm hoping someone might be able to offer advice.

1. Rdesktop doesn't work for me if configured as SCREEN_01. If SCREEN_01 = startx, that works, and I /can/ launch LTSP's rdesktop from there. However, if I try to run it directly, I receive "keymap" errors and "connection refused."

2. I wasn't able to build a LBE. I followed the direction on the site for checking 4_0_1 out of CVS, and got about this far:

make[1]: Entering directory `/home/cs/ltsp/lbe/lbe-src/modutils/modutils-build/genksyms'
/home/cs/ltsp/lbe/i386-linux-crosscomp/bin/gcc -march=i386 -o genksyms genksyms.o parse.o lex.o ../util/libutil.a
genksyms.o: In function `main':
genksyms.o(.text+0xd02): undefined reference to `yydebug'
genksyms.o(.text+0xd23): undefined reference to `yyparse'
lex.o: In function `yylex':
lex.o(.text+0x223c): undefined reference to `yylval'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [genksyms] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/cs/ltsp/lbe/lbe-src/modutils/modutils-build/genksyms'
make: *** [all] Error 2
Unable to build modutils

3. Has anyone put together a screen script for NXclient from nomachine?

Thanks again for your great work,

Chris
