We started with 4 monitors; two show tiny fonts, two
show sort of normal sized fonts.

In rc.setupx We inserted
Option NoDDC
Option NoDDC1
Option NoDDC2
in the Device section. Now we know why some monitors have
tiny fonts. The hardware that does not send out a DDC signal
is going to have tiny fonts. Doing this set all monitors to
have tiny fonts. Now, everything is on the same playing field.

In the same file, we specified (this is the real key)
DisplaySize 271 203
in the Monitor section.

Here's the math for DisplaySize, which has to be in millimeters.
1024 / 96dpi * 25.4 mm/inch = 271
768 / 96 * 25.4 = 203

Voila! all the monitors that we looked at are what we want.
We then removed the three NoDDC entries and did not see a change.
This suggests that DisplaySize overrides whatever DDC reports.

xdpyinfo reports
dimensions: 273x203 millimeters
resolution: 95x96

Not sure why these are slightly off.
