This seems to be mentioned briefly in some of the documentation, but I'm
looking for a bit more detail and peoples personal experiences:

I'm going to be setting up a system consisting of several (many?) clients
whose only really job will be to display content delivered to them from a
server. This content will vary from static and dynamic web pages to video and
audio streaming. So I'm wondering is this something that LTSP would be suited
for?
AFAIK it's possible to run processes locally on the clients, and it seems like
this would be vital for something as intensive as video decoding and
displaying, but even then is this really workable?
What about network/bandwidth/disk i/o issues? I have in mind that the server
will simultaneously multicast the several video/audio streams over a gigabit
interface from several SCSI disks. Will this be enough in combination with
the local decoding processes to keep things running smoothly?
I'm at the stage where I'm not even sure of the right questions to ask, so
feel free to give any advice :)
Has anyone done something like this before?
Thanks a lot,
Cian
