LTSP provides the Operating System and ability to
access XDMCP sessions from a server. To access such
a session, you can use an X emulator on the Windows
PC, as already mentioned.
Another approach would be to run VNC server on the
session server and use "vncviewer" to access sessions
from your Windows PCs. Here's how to set up the
server:

When explaining this to others, terminology is
important. It is not "running LTSP" on the Windows
PC or even accessing an LTSP session. The session
is provided by the session server and is separate
from LTSP. It doesn't even have to be on the same
server. Linux-based LTSP servers can provide Linux
sessions. AIX-based LTSP servers can provide AIX
sessions.
