Hi, ~ Given that LTSP (the X-terminal root) essentially comes pre-compiled, and given that the server potentially runs a different version of Linux than the X-terminals will use, how should I compile app's that are to be run locally on the X-terminal. More specifically, I would like to be able to add svgalib and svncviewer to the root of the workstations. ~ I'm using svgalib + svncviewer to run old 486SX's as X-terminals. This works fine at the moment, but as soon as I would migrate to a newer LTSP version, I may need to recompile svgalib + svncviewer. So I'd like to see this happen in a re-producable way.
Regard, ~ Erik Proper
