Hi all, Please help me! I have a Gentoo server with LTSP 4, all working fine, but printing is not working. Situation: printer hp configured as jetdirect printer on ws-1, i see: [EMAIL PROTECTED] / # nmap ws-1 Starting nmap 3.50 ( http://www.insecure.org/nmap/ ) at 2004-08-02 16:15 EEST Interesting ports on ws-1.enexis.ro (192.168.5.5): (The 1654 ports scanned but not shown below are in state: closed) PORT STATE SERVICE 22/tcp open ssh 111/tcp open rpcbind 748/tcp open ris-cm 6000/tcp open X11 9100/tcp open jetdirect but i can't print any docs/file/other, in a var/cups/error_log i see: "Unable to send print file to printer: Broken pipe" i try to open a telnet session to verify printer: [EMAIL PROTECTED] / # telnet 192.168.5.5 9100 Trying 192.168.5.5... telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused and after this command : [EMAIL PROTECTED] / # nmap ws-1
