Shockwave apps will not work under linux without some kind of Win32 runtime library. You can look into CodeWeavers Crossover products or try and get your specific apps to run under Wine. The crossover office product contains support for using Windows plugins (such as Shockwave) in Linux browsers. Unfortunatly Crossover products are not free.
Flash is another matter, the most recent Flash plugin for Linux works like a charm. - -- /Anthony Whitehead Unix Sysadmin PGP Key: http://www.solace.mh.se/~ant/ant.pubkey 1024D/1963012A 49C3 A871 43A8 B912 12D2 046E 8FCC 6062 1963 012A - -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFBEAEHj8xgYhljASoRAk0rAKCNoSioFloLCKt+hNy4J94c2PO2TQCg1Unm 78Bgdv8qqimfFKYvCpxitzA= =gDXH -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by OSTG.
