You can arrive at this solution several ways:
1. Buy a motherboard like you want. Via makes several
models, and the models with the CF slot are pricey:

2. Buy a "regular" motherboard for around $100 and an
IDE -> CF adapter for $20. Many of the motherboard
vendors also sell the adapter, and here is one by
itself:

3. Buy a pre-built system with a CF slot. I've found
that the pre-built systems can cost less than buying
the parts separately. Some even come in rack-mount
cases with two motherboards:
