I'm having trouble with ltspcfg from 4.1.

If I run it before installint dhcpd, or tftpd, it simply says I need to add
the packeage. If I add the package (Debian, so I use apt-get), then it says
the service is already runing even though it's not, since the
/etc/dhcpd.conf file installed by apt-get isn't valid, only an example, abd
erfuses to create a sample conf file. The same problem exists for tftpd.

I've looked at the perl script, but I can't figure out any way to trick it
inot workiing. So can anyone point me to examples for these files?
