It must be me. I'm really having fits posting to the list. This all
started when I first subscribed from my Census Bureau Notes account.
Everything I sent out was getting queued for approval by the
administrator and the only response I would get was the notice telling
me that. That turned out to be the transmission default format (HTML
or text) which I changed to text only. When I resubmitted my posts,
they went into the approval queue as well, at which point I gave up on
ever seeing that client get a response. So I unsubscribed and
resubscribed using a POP3 account I have on a mail server in one of the
program areas. I used the Netscape client (actually Mozilla) and set
the transmission format to text only and put list.soourceforge.net in
the textt-only dopmains list. Then I resubmitted the previous posts.
The next time I checked my POP3 mail I found both sets of posts along
with some welcome stuff from the list and responses to each of the three
posts. I appear to have no trouble receiving posts from the list, but
not one of my subsequent posts has appeared either in my mailbox or in
the archive (it's been 24 hours). So, once again I don't think I'm
successfully posting to the list. So I'm sending this out hoping that
somebody there will at least be able to tell me it got there and maybe
have some idea why I don't seem to tbe able to post. Thanks.
