Well - if they ripped all the hardware out and swopped the OS a few times (as they said they did) - there is really very little else left but *the network* besides electromagnetic disturbances from planet Zog.
Actually, it might be the clients. There might be a couple of defective clients that are sending some weird packets and making the server lock down. The problem is that it would be VERY hard for me to make each user stay one or two days without using the system (or replacing the hardware), so I would like to rule out other possibilities before doing so.
