This is typically I observed at my end due to mouse being moved while
logging out of one session and subsequently logging in without
restarting the terminal. This was most noticeable in ver LTSP 3.xx. Easy
way out is to ask the users to use re-connect button from the initial
log in screen before actually logging in. This restart the X and problem
disappears. They can also use the short-cut key combination for the
same.
