Mark,

in your 'lbe' directory, you need to create the 'packages'
sub-directory.

This has been fixed in the cvs trunk, just not on the 4_1_0 tag.

once you have created 'packages', then you can start the build_all
again, and it will skip along, until it hits kernel-src, and then it
should be fine.
