Mihalis, Yes, the problem is you are trying to connect to 'irc.openprojects.net', but you should be trying 'irc.freenode.net'. A while back, the OpenProjects guys figured it would make sense to rename their network to freenode. Go figure :)
Anyway, if you go to #ltsp on irc.freenode.net, you should be able to get connected. Where did you find the reference to irc.openprojects.net ?
