Your LTSP server probably runs cups, which then forwards print jobs to the appropriate terminal pcs. Install a printer on your windows machine, using the internet printing protocol (using a printer URL like http://ip.of.ltsp.server:631/printers/MyPrinterName (might be you need ipp:// instead of http://, don't remember).
