I setup ltsp 4 to do this this summer for a customer.

There was not any tutorial or documentation on how to do it, because I
installed window manager (icewm), firefox, etc, and ran it all from local
thinclient. I used Pkgsrc.org as the third-party software.

I spent around 32 hours on the project.

I documented this work for the customer. I might be able to get this to
you. Please email me back and I'll try to get it for you on Monday or
Tuesday.
