I battled with this problem for a couple of days. Only when I commented out the clear command within /etc/screen.d/rdesktop could I see the error.
The symptom was that the arrow keys and delete did not work (backspace and others did fine). Commenting out the clear command within rdesktop showed a hidden error message that isn't in Xorg.0.log . It could not find /usr/local/share/rdesktop/keymaps/en-us I did a grep -r '/usr/local/share/rdesktop' * on the entire ltsp directory, and found there was a match within the binary for /usr/bin/rdesktop My solution was to make a symbolic link from /usr/local/share/rdesktop to /usr/share/rdesktop This is with ltsp 4.1 Future versions should have rdesktop built with the right paths, or else include the symbolic link I list here. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IT Product Guide on ITManagersJournal Use IT products in your business?
