I think I get it. Kind of round robin the servers.
I was checking some notes on the configuration of my ipcop box. I haven't changed the basic DHCP configuration in >1 year.
I think the "don't change it ever" approach might be simpler to manage under the practical experience that DHCP is not something I seem to fiddle with very often. Much less often than I fiddle with my other candidate servers.
