Hi, I need to have a user (teacher) able to edit other users (students) files. Each student user is in a primary group named the same of user's name. The teacher is part of each students group.
So I've modified the umask to 002 in /etc/profile and /etc/login.def when I create files locally it's allright the umask is correct. But when I create files on the thinclient I've got a wrong umask (022)! Are the umask settings different on a thinclient?
