256 for the system 50mb for each user.
So, that would be 256 + ( 100 * 50 ) = 5,256mb.
Now, you can start to change that number, depending on the type of business. For a school, I'd go with more ram. If it is a normal business, where users are doing lots of different things, including talking on the phone, and doing other non-computer things, you could drop the required ram by quite a bit.
For a business, I'd probably start with 4gb of ram, and see how it goes.
