Several weeks ago I reported here a problem tha was that my terminal server don't works and stops in "Doing pivot root". After that and I don't remember why, I have connected the server and the client with a crossover cable and all worked fine. The client start with X and works fine. Now I've tried to put both in a network with a switch. The only things that are diferent are the network cables (they are both tested and good) and a switch in the middle. After that the system didn't work again stoping in "doing pivot root". I've tried with 3 diferent switchs and the result is the same. Anyone knows what is wrong? I presume that configuration files are not the cause because with the crossover cable the system works fine. Thanks in advance.
