This pretty much says what happens - the TFTP server cannot locate the 
file /etherboot/ngbrub. This might happen if your tftp daemon runs with "-s" 
option (meaning chroot to /tftpboot or whatever). This is a good idea, so 
don't change that :-)

Make sure the file /tftpboot/etherboot/nbgrub exists.
