So, finally I had a chance to check if this solution works... and it works!:D
OpenOffice works now smoothly, with every menu. That includes "plain" 1.1.3 
and 1.1.4 , 1.1.3 with Mandrake's modifications and 1.1.3 with KDE support 
version.
About Blender slow (veeery slow) menus bug: solution is changing version 2.3.4 
to 2.3.6 (lastest). Maybe it's matter of Mandrake's rpm, not sure.

I have now Blender 2.3.4 installed "system wide" and it has menu's bug, an 
2.3.6 version installed at my home directory and it works good.
